I .Machine Introduction :
WD-NPM-200/450V Automatic Napkin Paper Folding Machine with Color Printing
This machine is mainly for producing folded rectangle or square type napkin paper through smooth compressing, color printing and embossment.
II.Main Features
1.Calender device is conducted by steel to rubber roller. Embossment down roller can be felt roller ,wool roller or rubber roller (choose one of them)
2.The raw material is sent to Calender device by the synchronized belt, then into the embossing device after canlendering and printing. There has equipped with tension adjusting system to control different tension of raw paper, calender device and embossing unit.
3.There is auto stop protection device when the folding wheel winding paper.
4.Can be equipped with sculpture style embossing unit.
5.Automatic constant temperature heating system can be equipped in the embossing device.
6. The machine can be equipped with 1-6 colors, according to your requests.
