1. Calender device is conducted by steel to rubber roller. Embossment down roller can be roller or rubber roller .
2. The raw material is sent to Calender device , then into the embossing device after calendering and printing(optional ). There has equipped with tension adjusting system to control different tension of raw paper, calender device and embossing unit.
3. There is auto stop protection device when the folding wheel winding paper.
4. Can be equipped with sculpture style embossing unit.
5. The machine can be equipped with 1-6 colors, according to your requests.
